Equipping denomination and associational leaders to use Sherpa’s succession planning resources
Get equipped to use Sherpa's succession planning methodologies to help your churches effectively steward seasons pastoral transition
Sherpa’s conviction is that association and denominational leaders are best positioned to help the majority of churches navigate the critical topic of succession planning. This is why we created a training process to equip those leaders in the tools and methods we use to address the following leadership transition-related topics.
Protecting Organizational Continuity – How can we help church leaders anticipate and proactively address areas that can cause disruption during a season of transition?
Transition Strategy Management – How can we help church leaders develop a plan for project managing the transition process?
Communicate Transition Effectively – How can help church leaders communicate in a way that inspires confidence in the process and encourages continued investment in ministry?
Proactive Exit Planning – How can we equip churches to help their transitioning pastor (and spouse!) prepare for their next season of influence?
New Leader Hiring – How can we help[ church leaders understand what goes into the process of finding a new leader?
Emergency Transition Management – How can we help church leaders effectively prepare for the unplanned, emergency leadership transition?
